DULWICH HAMLET FC PARTNERS WITH ESPH FOR PHYSIO AND FITNESS EXPERTISE
19th July, London – ESPH are delighted to announce a partnership with Dulwich Hamlet Football Club. ESPH will become the club’s main sleeve sponsor, and work closely with the playing staff in supplying world class physio and fitness support.
Dulwich Hamlet’s first team returned to pre-season training last week and as part of a new fitness programme were inducted into ESPH’s Lordship Lane gym in East Dulwich. Each player took a fitness screening that was then used to create a personalised workout routine on its pioneering resistance training equipment eGYM that can be monitored via a wristband. The players were also put through their paces with a Pilates and spin session, led by ESPH’s team of professionals.
Going forward, the players will also receive regular conditioning and nutritional advice from ESPH clinic manager Gary Delahunt and exercise Manager Alex McMillan and their teams.

I have huge admiration for the progress made in the last few years and when the opportunity arose to get involved I jumped at it.
