    Alexei, who co-owns FitFor, is a former UK champion and international decathlete. Alexei is available for Classes, PT & Pilates.

    PT/PILATES

    The multi-talented Penny is available for both PT & Pilates (also teaching yoga when the whim takes her). She has a special interest in women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum clients, having recently become a mother, and enjoys looking after FitFor clients in her range of Mat & Reformer Pilates classes, and one-to-one sessions.

    A background in ballet, acrobatics and nursing, sprinkled with a larger than life personality, gives Vlad an enviable array of talents, which he uses with skill, aplomb and a uniquely fun attitude, care and attention to detail. It’s easy to love what he does!

    With over 50 years’ experience in physiotherapy and over 30 in Pilates, Libby has really done it all. From working with professional dancers in different West End musicals, premier league footballers, celebrities from film, dance, sports and business, she’s helped the great and the good recover, as well as many more mere mortals. You couldn't ask for a better, more knowledgeable or experienced instructor. Worth her weight in diamonds, we’d say!
