    PT/PILATES

    The multi-talented Penny is available for both PT & Pilates (also teaching yoga when the whim takes her). She has a special interest in women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum clients, having recently become a mother, and enjoys looking after FitFor clients in her range of Mat & Reformer Pilates classes, and one-to-one sessions.

    With over 50 years’ experience in physiotherapy and over 30 in Pilates, Libby has really done it all. From working with professional dancers in different West End musicals, premier league footballers, celebrities from film, dance, sports and business, she’s helped the great and the good recover, as well as many more mere mortals. You couldn't ask for a better, more knowledgeable or experienced instructor. Worth her weight in diamonds, we’d say!
