Am I tied into a gym contract?

We have rolling membership contracts which are only a 2 month minimum commitment, then you can cancel at any time. Our 12 months contracts are £10 cheaper per month.

Are classes including in membership?

YES - Classes ARE included in membership. The only exception is our studio pilates classes, which are designed for clients recovering from injuries.

What facilities do you have?

We have a main gym containing a cardio equipment area (including treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers, rowers, steppers and a self-powering curved treadmill. We have a free weights area (with dumbbells, barbells and plate loaded machines, a resistance machine area (with our state of the art digital eGYM kit). 4 class studios, including Cycle studio, Fully equipped Pilates studio and 2 other mult-purpose studios. We also have a clinic with 5 treatments rooms for physio and massage, and changing rooms with lockers and showers.

Do you sell food and drink?

Not yet but a food and drinks area at reception will be coming soon in 2022. You can refill your water bottles at 4 self-serve stations.
