1 to 1
Guided personal training or Pilates in conjunction with our physiotherapy team enables the best possible outcomes and recovery from injury.
Massage
Deep tissue or sports massage is proven to improve the quality of your recovery from injury alongside or after physiotherapy treatment.
Pilates
Our Reformer Pilates classes are limited to 6 clients per class so you get all the attention you need and they are FREE to our members.
