MY LIFE, MY FITNESS PHOTO COMPETITION 2016

We are proud to announce our exciting ‘My Life, My Fitness’, Photo Competition. This is your chance to capture a moment that shows the spirit and vibrancy of how you choose to live and enjoy your life. Beach volleyball, sliding like a kid down a watershoot, trying skateboarding in your 60s, learning the lindy hop, running with your furry friend through a wave… it’s down to you to tell us what moment says, ‘I love life!’

If selected your shot will be entered into our ‘My Life, My Fitness’ hall of fame and will appear as the main homepage visual of the ESPH website for a month*. And in return you will receive a voucher worth £50* to spend on services of your choice.

The competition is open to clients and members of ESPH. Your photos would need to be decent enough quality and a high resolution – at least 1600 x 1000 pixels ideally.
